look up psp portals on google, they are offline web pages but have cool stuff such as make your psp have a iphone OS or have windows vista OS and many more!

Well it depends… there actually is a lot of psp homebrew and games to download but you need a hacked psp like you said. only problem is if it is a slim you need a fat psp. if it is a fat psp you can have a chance to downgrade.. its quite complicated.. i suggest looking around for some tutorials if your’e lost with any of this info.
but you’ll need pandora’s battery.. you dont need to buy this dont let them tell you you need to.

if you have the shop,your PSP will become a nice shiny brick if you try to downgrade it.
Do you have the PSP-3000?These are unhackable at the time,pandora’s battery or not.
