Some time ago, Sony, the company responsible for making the PlayStation, analyzed the portable market and perhaps thought it might  be good to design their own portable console.

During this time, Nintendo already had a strong brand, of course, this established brand being Nintendo’s well-recognized and loved GameBoy portable system.
